Hundreds of partners needed to build, test, and launch integrations across a complex hiring ecosystem. Fragmented onboarding, documentation, and contribution practices made the product and organizational system harder to navigate.

Led the vision across an integration marketplace, partner onboarding, developer documentation, SDKs, sample applications, test tooling, and contribution workflows. Managed managers and multidisciplinary teams spanning design, research, content, and design technology.

Developer experience is product experience. Reliable ecosystems require clear contracts, useful feedback, and operating agreements that allow internal teams and external partners to move without guessing.
