Getting smart, talented people through the Booking.com doors is not a trivial task. To attract great talent, we want to ensure a consistent look and feel for recruitment and create a new visual identity that brings to life our culture. This impacts our global recruitment efforts and determines who our future colleagues will be!
So aside from my daily design work, I've been recently working closely with the recruitment team at Booking.com to come up with a brand identity for all our careers online social presence.
The designs were heavily inspired by the photography of the fun setup of Booking.com offices from all around the world.
