For property owners, I shipped experiences that help them develop their property brand and manage their availability from their desktop, tablet or mobile.

I believe in an adaptive mindset. I spend time understanding an organization's capabilities and appetite, then I adapt to it. Finding a balanced process rooted in research, driven by continuous iteration, fueled by collaboration, informed by data, and most importantly focused on delivery.
Focus
I focus on finding core user needs in the midst of ambiguity, bringing alignment across teams and stakeholders, and proceeding with simple solutions for complex problems. I also work closely with leadership and executives to upack business needs into product strategy, design vision and executable roadmaps.
